We’ve worked with Samsic for overnight security at our temporary housing for vulnerable youth and families for a number of years. The regular guards provide a good level of cover on a concierge-style basis, with guards managing the property management and Health & Safety of the site while they are on duty, in addition to addressing any behaviour management issues with our residents. We have an open, productive relationship with Samsic management, who are always on hand to address any concerns brought to their attention in a respectful and professional manner.
