What Our Customers Say

  • We have 33 bedspaces in Coalville, which are not staffed at night time or the weekend, and therefore to keep our residents and the building safe, we have regular checks and cover by the team at Samsic. This involves health and safety checks daily on the buildings and the reporting of any issues to the team here at Durban House If there are any incidents with our residents, this could be ASB or safeguarding concerns. This runs really smoothly and Samsic are also quick to assist in any emergency situations which we may need, and are always willing to help. We have had a few safeguarding incidents at the schemes and Samsic have been quick to act and got the relevant services needed, and reported back to ourselves. For one particular safeguarding incident the guard was recognised for this quick response to the situation. We are extremely happy with the service Samsic provide and if any issues are flagged up Andi Hayes will look into them ASAP and will feedback to myself to ensure these are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

    Sentrikey

    The Sentrikey keysafe is an innovation in key storage that provides you with flexible, secure building access through the use of smartphone technology. Sentrikey comprises a key box on the outside of the building, and a smartphone application to operate it.

    A security company operative simply presents their smartphone to the keybox, and is sent a numerical password, which is then used to allow access to the key. An intelligent data dashboard gives full overview of date and time stamps, showing you exactly when the key safe is opened and a key removed, and when the key is returned.

    One time passcodes can be given for occasions when a keyholder is unavailable, or for early opening, eliminating the need to give out keys and reducing the risk of keys getting lost, requiring locks to be changed.

    Geofencing

    Our asset tracking solutions enable us to monitor, remotely and in real-time the movement of vehicles, personnel and high-value assets.

    Our asset trackers provide discrete security principles that provide movement progress updates and a chain of custody from dispatch to destination. They are also fitted with tamper protection to prevent interference and maintain the integrity of the load tracking.

    Intruder Detection

    We provide, install and monitor remote intruder monitoring systems, providing an immediate response in the event of a security breach.
