Site Manager

We currently have a vacancy for a full-time, permanent Site Manager within the London Region to support and build on the company’s success and growth. The site Manager role is based at the Samsic client Bancroft’s School which will require the ideal candidate to supervise the site cleaning operation in line with Samsic and client specification requirements.

You will have:

• Good IT skills.
• Good numeracy skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to obtain an Enhanced DBS criminal record check, as required for the role under Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) 2026.
• Flexibility to work hours that meet the needs of the business.
• BICS and IOSH qualifications are desirable.

This position involves:

• Ensuring correct staffing levels are maintained.
• Monitoring the quality of work through the Service Level Indicator procedure and rectifying any work that does not meet the required standard.
• Liaising with the Manager or Supervisor to deal with complaints and requests efficiently and professionally.
• Ensuring the effective use of equipment and materials, monitoring cleaning material usage and ordering stock as required.
• Ensuring machinery, equipment and cleaning cupboards are kept clean and tidy.
• Regularly inspecting machinery to ensure it is fault-free and complies with the company's health and safety standards.
• Ensuring all new employees receive a full induction.
• Providing on-site training to employees as required.
• Ensuring all employees understand and work to the cleaning specification and required quality standards.
• Assisting with company procedures where required, including payroll documentation, health and safety audits, and site inspections.
