This position involves:
- Supporting the Recruitment Department with the pre-onboarding process.
- Creating and posting internal job adverts.
- Sending out onboarding packs and maintaining records of new starters.
- Delivering company inductions to new starters.
- Liaising with the SHEQ Department regarding health declarations and DSE forms for new starters.
- Completing Right to Work renewal checks for current employees whose permission to work is due to expire.
- Completing Right to Work checks for all new hires working at Head Office or as part of the management team.
- Processing DBS criminal record checks for new starters where required.
- Using the Templa system to manage DBS renewals for current employees.
- Ensuring the Probation Procedure is followed and providing reminders to line managers.
- Completing two-month and four-month check-ins with new starters and providing line managers with reports on the findings.
- Completing exit interviews.
- Removing outgoing employees from HR systems.
- Downloading Employee Liability Information from the Templa system for TUPE purposes.
- Preparing letters for the HR team as part of the TUPE process.
