Internal Vacancy: National Mobilisation Manager
We currently have a vacancy for a full-time, permanent National Mobilisation Manager for Samsic UK. The main role of the National Mobilisation Manager will be responsible for working closely with the operational field teams, and other departments to ensure a smooth mobilisation and a high standard of service that meets client expectations.

You will have:
- Proven professional experience in mobilising medium and large size contracts.
- Demonstrable experience or understanding of an operational role within FM/Soft Services, with a bias in cleaning/security.
- Articulate and thorough, showing attention to detail.
- Effective communicator both orally and in writing, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
- Ability to produce progress reports and action plans to ensure mobilisations remain on track.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Competent in the use of all other Microsoft packages.
- Strong, effective and competent communicator and presenter.
- Demonstrates good inter-personal skills and develops relationships based on mutual respect and professionalism.
This position involves:
- Lead the implementation of the mobilisation plan in line with the requirements of the contract scope and agreed processes for cleaning, security & TFM.
- Engage with key stakeholders and act as the conduit to ensure all mobilisation actions are completed in the agreed timeframes.
- Manage the mobilisation process, ensuring all actions are completed within the GANNT plan deadlines.
- Co-ordinate with relevant BDM/Sales and Marketing Director for all Contract & Financial information.
- Co-ordinate the relevant business support departments (Operations, HR, IT, QHSE, Finance) at various stages throughout the process.
- Co-ordinate with operations ensuring all subcontractors actions is achieved within agreed budgets and timeframes.
- Co-ordinate with HR and Operations for all with TUPE consultations.
- Chair weekly meetings with all internal stakeholders and clients to update on the contract mobilisation progression, sharing the updated mobilisation plan.
- Co-ordinate the transitional phase of the mobilisation following go- live, including internal and external meetings.
