  • 2+ years’ experience in a marketing or communications coordination role (in-house or agency).
  • Basic understanding of marketing workflows, campaign operations, and stakeholder communication.
  • Hands-on event organisation experience.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proactive with a solutions-focused attitude.
  • Experience using M365, SharePoint, LinkedIn and other social media platforms, GA4, and reporting dashboards.
  • Experience using Canva or similar tools.
  • Experience using project management tools and email platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot.

This position involves:

  • Coordinating internal campaign logistics, including internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and monthly newsletter distribution.
  • Coordinating deadlines, assets, and stakeholders for outbound email and social media campaigns.
  • Supporting scheduling and guest logistics for company podcast recordings, video interviews, and related content production sessions.
  • Assisting in sourcing content inputs (e.g., quotes, images, stats) for case studies, internal comms, and external content by liaising with internal stakeholders.
  • Serving as point of contact for inbound web sales calls; logging lead information into Salesforce and passing it to the sales team promptly.
  • Organising internal and external events including conferences, exhibitions, and marketing-led campaigns.
  • Coordinating budgets, logistics, design briefs, suppliers, venues, and timelines.
  • Supporting internal and external charity campaigns, coordinating marketing materials, photos, and stories.
  • Scheduling and coordinating guest logistics, recordings, and content briefings for internal podcast episodes.
  • Managing administrative access to LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
