More than ever, the strength of every company lies in its people. It is together that we create, innovate, and share meaningful experiences.
At Samsic Facility, we are fully aware of the importance of our environment: the company that will succeed is the one that provides the greatest care, consideration, and purpose to its employees, clients, visitors, and users.
Our employees are the foundation of our business. By recruiting top talent and investing in their training and happiness, we can unlock their maximum potential and empower them as our future leaders.

What I value the most is the family feel we have here, and the support that’s available. My manager wants everyone in our team to feel included.
I embarked on my journey with Samsic in 2018 when I joined as a Security Supervisor at the Salvation Army IHQ in London. Little did I know at that time that this would be the start of an incredible professional growth story. Over the years, Samsic has proven to be not just an employer but a catalyst for my career development.
Samsic gave me the support I needed to get through the first lockdown in 2020. This support enabled me to reassure our customers that we were complying with the pandemic regulations, while keeping their living space as hygienically clean as we could. I could always rely on my manager to back me up.
The most positive thing that I found when starting at Samsic is how easy it was settling in, and feeling part of the family. It makes a huge difference when starting a new role at a new company to have so many friendly and welcoming faces around you, a culture which starts from the very top, down to all departments and job roles.
My manager has always been there to back me up. I’ve learned everything from him and my Supervisor, and I’m always on a learning curve. I’ve also learned to speak up if I see things that can be improved.
In other cleaning roles I’ve done, it was seen as ‘just a job, but at Samsic it’s more like a family atmosphere.
I have lots of communication with my manager, and I make sure it’s the same with my customer, too. They are there to back me up if things don’t go to plan, and they appreciate a job well done.
Samsic UK is a fast-growing, progressive service provider, where the HR ethos is very much: our people are our business. And that could mean you!
